You can order 3 medallions by ordering the "sample medallion run". This service provides you with a product sample of the medallion before ordering a large quantity. A sample run order includes one side of artwork and 3 finished pieces. Delivery is approximately 4 weeks.
The minimum order quantity for Funeral Homes is a lot of 10. For everybody else, the minimum order is 25 medallions.
4. Can you help me to create the artwork needed to manufacture the medallion?
Yes, we offer a service that will create the needed artwork. However, to make that possible, you must fill out an online form that contains the information that we will need to create that artwork. Each medallion category's form is available by clicking a "Submit XXX Medallion Design Information" link at the bottom of their respective product page. When you checkout and pay for your purchase, remember to add the "Artwork Service" for the approprate numbers of medallion sides into your shopping cart. 6. When I fill out the "Design Information" form to submit, what do you mean by the "Top Outer Word Ring 1?

9. How long will it take for my order to get to my shipping address if I select UPS Ground service?
We ship our products from Ohio and thus it depends upon where you live in the U.S. Please look at our UPS Ground shipping map (click on thumbnail picture to see bigger image). For Funeral Homes that are located in the 4 or 5 day UPS-ground shipping zones, they will need to pay for overnight shipping if they want the 7-day rush service.
