Image File Guidelines You may send a graphic image file for your medallion to PreMemories using this form.
Please use the "Browse" button to navigate within your local computer and select the image file you desire. The ideal image of your loved one is a clear, close, in-focus head shot, where the area containing the head and
upper torso is at least 3" x 3" in size. You must scan a traditional photograph to obtain an electronic image. The image file created must be a very high quality JPG file.
The minimum resolution of the scanned photograph must be 300 dots per inch. The maximum file size is 2000KB. If you do not have access to a scanner, please visit your local office center where image scanning service is available. If you have a digital picture, it must have been taken with a digital camera that has a minimum resolution of 5 megapixels.
Follow the same image size requirements for traditional pictures explained above.
